Shipping

 

 1. How long will l take for my order to arrive after l make payment?

From three (3) to five (5) days upon payment verification depending on the destinations.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

 

2. What countries does ABOX deliver to?

We can deliver orders to most countries in the world. Goods are sent from our warehouse by courier and delivered directly to your door (home or company address). Please check Shipping Countries to get more details.

 

3.How much is the shipping fee?

ABOX offers completely Site-Wide Free Shipping and Free Taxes!

Please keep in mind that when we experience an increased volume of orders, such as running large promotions, the delivery may take around 1weeks based on the country shipping to.

 

 4. Can you ship to a PO Box or APO address?

We strongly recommend that you provide a physical address to facilitate order delivery, as both DHL and FedEx are unable to deliver items to APO or PO BOX addresses.

1. What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.

 

2. How do l make payment by PayPal? How does it work?

Paypal offers a highly secure method to send money from your credit card, bank account, or stored online credit, without telling online shops your confidential credit card numbers. It is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website.  3. Are there any exchange rates?

All of our products are based on the US Dollar. The prices you may see updated in your currency are based on current exchange rates. If you use a credit card from another currency, your order will be calculated based on the exchange rate for the day your credit card issuer processes the transaction.

 

4.Is my information and payment method secure?

Our store is built and payments are processed on the Shopify platform. They have the state of the art technology built in to keep your information safe. your information security is our top responsibility, so we take it a step further. We have partnered with McAfee Security to give every customer $100,000 identity theft protection when they purchase on our site. You can shop safely on our site knowing you are protected. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept checks, money orders, or COD.

1. How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email, as soon as your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with specific tracking No. for your order.  For your convenience, we have an order tracking page where you can input all of your tracking No. and check the status of where your order is and when it will be delivered to you!

Please note that it can take a few minutes for the tracking No. to sync with your package, so if it does not show right away, please take your time.

Many of your items will ship separately, and some items may arrive later than others. Do not worry, your items are on their way to you!

 

2. Do you accept returns?

ABOX’s priority is to make certain of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. Please see our Returns Policy Page for details. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to ABOX within 30 calendar days of receipt of item(s).

 

3. Where are you based & Where do you ship from?

We are a USA based company operating with headquarters in Massachusetts. We work with well-known delivery companies such as UPS, DHL, USPS, and Canada Post, Amazon Logistics US UK, FR DE, Royal Mail, etc. Products will be shipped from the nearest warehouse according to the customer's shipping address and delivered in 3-5 business days.
