We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled successfully, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without any contact.
Customers will only be charged once only for shipping costs (includes returns); No restocking fee will be charged for the return of a product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund application is approved, then your refund will be processed. Your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase in several days.
Late or Missing Refunds
