Since purchasing I have only used it one time. It worked flawlessly and performed the task well. The only problem I had was concerning the non heat, or cold laminating. I believe there was non of that product included, as there wasn't any identifying labels packaged with the sheets.

I have not used it yet and when I do I will let you know. It appears to be an excellent machine it seems to weigh more than the other one i had

I bought this laminator for my homeschooling. I need a lot of information to use for 1st grade and regular paper tables became dirty after few days of use. Now when I laminated alphabet, number and shapes, they are clean and it was really easy to laminate them. I used laminator first time in my life and it was easy and cool!

I bought this laminator for 2 reasons 1st was to create my own signs to hang out on the fence like my Beware of Dogs signs this is much cheaper to do on your own and the second to keep important documents from getting wet or torn. This machine is very easy to use and i love the fact that you can use different thickness laminating sheets. i used the 5mil ones for the outdoor signs and the 3mil for documents. The cutting blade is simple and safe to use. I align what i want to cut with the gridlines and slide the blade handle across with ease and precision. I have yet to try the perforated blade option but am going to soon when I start making my business cards. So far I have run approx. 30 sheets through and had no jams , air pockets nor malfunctions with this machine. Great price for great product.

I got this to preserve some of my great grandmother's recipes. They're very fragile and I didn't want to take a chance of ruining them. I figured the best way to do that would be to laminate them. This machine is my new favorite toy! It's so much fun that I've been laminating everything I can get my hands on. LOL!! I don't even know where to start since there are so many great things to say about this laminator. It arrived very securely packaged. The only assembly required is to slide in the feeding tray, everything else is already on it. It comes with a starter package of twenty 3mil laminating pouches, an extra trimmer blade unit and corner rounder. The manual is very straightforward and tells you exactly what to do. It can laminate anything up to 9 inches wide. It��s extremely easy to use. You turn it on, choose what type of laminating you want to use on the LCD screen, put your document in the laminating pouch, wait for it to reach the desired temperature and put the pouch on the feeding tray. The machine automatically rolls through and then beeps when it's done. I've laminated at least 40 different items and they have all gone through smoothly with no bubbles or curling edges. If for some reason you have a jam, which you shouldn't be, there is an ABS button on the back by the on/off switch. All you have to do is slide the button over and it releases your document. The LCD touchscreen is easy to use, as there are only 3 buttons - Cold, 3 MIL or 5 MIL. Just so you know it defaults to Cold when you turn it on. I like that the numbers are large, which makes it easy to see the temperature from across the room. But don't walk away for long, because it only takes a minute or two and you're ready to go. Not only does it laminate, but it has 3 different types of trimmer blades and a corner rounder. I really like that it comes with an extra blade unit for when the installed one gets dull. The blades are sharp and cut through the paper smoothly. They cut either straight, perforated or wave. I included pictures of them so you can see the differences. I really like the perforated blade. I've been using it to make forms with a detachable reply card. It works like a dream. To switch between blades, just push up the blue button on the top, twist the knob to the one you want and then push the blue button back down to secure it. Overall this is a high quality home laminator and the price is great!!

I am in love this! With remote learning I have had to create a lot of charts and schedules and having this is wonderful. Awesome laminator. Already laminated over 40 sheets without any issues. You have to place each item perfectly straight in the slot to ensure it does not jam. Does what it's supposed to do.

My friends recommended me this laminator machine because I needed one for my family archive, to make a family tree from the photos of my ancestors and to keep drawings of my 6-year old granddaughter as well as her photos. Then I sort and put everything into special cases. This thing works really great. Sometimes it even seemed like the pictures become more colorful after being laminated with it. The machine is easy to use. I even managed to help my granddaughter with her school project with it and the project turned out really well. It can be really convenient if you need to laminate some schemes, drawings or especially sheet music. Just read the manual and give it a couple of tries and you'll become a real professional :) It warms up and gets ready to work in a couple of minutes though I don't consider it to be a huge advantage. I know it can be crucial if you run a copy center so the clients won't have to wait for too long but at home I prefer to do everything nice and easy to get the best result. I would even recommend not using the machine immediately after the signal, but waiting for a few minutes more. This laminator machine has some additional features. You can read about them in the manual. This thing has already saved me a considerable amount of money because I don't have to go to copy centers anymore. Also I don't recommend purchasing cheap laminating pouches in order to save some money. Get the good pouches which are recommended for this machine instead. This way it will serve you way longer. One last important thing to remember. The are some types of documents that are prohibited to laminate. So double check if you should do it with your papers before using the machine.

Very easy to use and it just few click to operate, I got no issues using it for my children cardstocks. The laminated card stock seems will last for many years because it was laminated very well. No need to double the lamination unlike what I have before. Save a lot of time to figure it out.

Well for starters I highly recommend watching my video to see how this laminator works but if you just want to read about my experience.... Getting papers laminated for me was a pain as I had to go to Fedex/Kinkos or find out some other venue I could get it done at. I pulled the plug and said wth I��ll just get a laminator. This one was so easy to use and it was such a relief that it was. It really is just pop on, and slide in, and slice off. To be a little more detailed, all I had to do is turn on the machine, wait for it to heat up to the proper temp, which differs based on the thickness of the plastic or how many you do at once, and just gently push it into the loader. Make sure to put the plastic side that is closed so that the initial contact is rigid and thereby making it easier for the laminator to continue a clean lamination. If you put the plastic side that opens up in first you have a high chance that the plastic may fold or not start of smooth and taut and it will ruin the rest of your lamination. One the lamination is done you will probably have to cut the extra plastic. I had to as the plastic is generally going to be bigger than most papers to allow some wiggle room. To cut it down to size just slide it through the top slit and run the blade over the plastic. My personal experience/preferred cutting method is to go over once but don��t lift the plastic or the cutter and then go back over for a second time to make sure their is a clean cut. Sometimes the cutter will only partially cut the plastic. It��s not a big deal as I sometimes just finished it off with a scissors or didn��t use the slicer at all. The slicer/top of the laminator is helpful because it has measuring tools to cut it into different shapes and sizes. Personally, I��m just laminating papers I use over and over and need to make sure they don��t get ruined so I don��t really do much cutting with the actual plastic. I never had to use the back ABS switch but it��s there in case the paper/plastic gets jammed. So you��d push the switch and pull out the jammed piece. Word of advice is to make sure that you press the 3 mil or 5 mil option on the screen as it will heat up the machine much faster than if it is on the default cold setting. It does heat up rather quickly so make sure you��re ready to use the laminator when you turn it on. The machine does cool off as you put in more paper/plastic so you may want to wait a second or two for it to reheard. I usually do one or two sheets per session so I didn��t have any issues but if you��re planning on doing more than 7/8 papers I��d recommend doing it commercially. The cold setting is for heat sensitive materials like Thermopaper so be careful what you laminate. I liked the corner rounder that came with the laminator as it makes the papers less likely to poke someone or bend. The thicker the plastic the likelier it is to be an issue. The rounder is super simple to use, just slide the corner of your plastic into the rounder and walla! It��s rounded. You can see how it works in my video if you��re not sure how to use it. It works on regular paper as well and it doesn��t need to be plastic or something rigid.

I purchased this laminator to use in my classroom. It heats up quickly 2-3 mins and is very quiet. It has settings for 3mil and 5 mil. The pouches included are 3mil. I don��t have any complaints. It worked like a charm!! I��m very happy with this purchase.

I use it to laminate some of my favorite photos. It warms up very fast and it operates smoothly. The laminated photo came out perfect without any bubbles or warping . The laminator came with cutter located on the top of the machine. This makes trimming and cutting very easy. The machine is very affordable. I think it is a wonderful tool for my personal home projects!

Pretty easy to use, just need to know the thickness of your laminate plastic and you are ready to laminate your document. The one they give is 3mm, it wasn't written in the instruction manual but it is on the product page. It takes about 3 mins for the machine to warm up, allow it up warm up for 5 mins will product a better result. They include a corner cutter as well. Use it to round out the corner so your document won't give you painful paper cut around the edges. The only thing that I don't like is the 3 in 1 cutter. There isn't a clear line that is marked on the machine. It is hard to align the paper to get a straight cut. The blade isn't that sharp either. I had to run it two times to get a cut. Beside that problem, it is still a good laminator machine, cheap and work as advertise.

I totally recommend this product I loved it, it looks great on my desk is super light and is quiet.

This personal laminator is ver convenient and easy to use just plug it, turn on and choose the option then in just couple of minutes its ready to use. I used it 1st to laminate my car insurance and i would say that it��s very easy to use and the temperature is just on the spot. We��re now also laminating our picture and posting it to our wall and also creating flash cards for our Baby. This laminator is worth the money! I��m very happy with my purchase.

Good quality, easy set up

A laminator was on the list of items of need from our son's school, so we decided to buy and donate this one, along with our time. We helped them laminate some school rule posters and notices, and this was super-fun and easy to use. It even has a feature to round the corners, which is a huge perk in my view. Laminated items are much easier to keep sterile, so this was a wonderful idea the school had, and we were glad to help with this functional item. It has different options to make the edges perforated, wavy, etc. Not sure that will be of use, but it's cool nonetheless. Good buy.

It works flawlessly! I have to laminate signs to protect them from moisture and this laminator machine does the job very well. Not one jamed laminating pouch so far out of over 200 pouches (use quality pouches). This an excellent laminator.

I am pleased with this product. Having to young kids at home I have to make request visits to my local stationary to have things laminated for school. It's not a big expense but it's a huge waste of time having to find parking, stand in line and wait for the papers to be laminated. So I decided to pull the trigger and just get my own laminating machine so I could just do it on my own at home.So far I've only used it for a couple of trial runs on some papers that my daughter needed to have laminated for the start of school and I have to say that this machine does just a good a job as the one at the stationary.The machine itself is very easy to use and even me, who had never used a laminating machine before managed to figure it out in just a couple of minutes.Overall this is going to save me a lot of time so I'm very satisfied with my purchase

I need a laminating machine and bought one myself. So far, I really like it. It is easy to use and the finished product looks great. There is no need to spend a lot of money on the laminator, which is a great thing, so you can get value for money. I have used a plastic machine with my son to complete an art project. During the holidays, we used a laminator to make snowballs, for example, I also used it to laminate important items needed for work. Big buy.

I needed a laminator and bought myself this one and so far I really like it. It's easy to use and the finished product looks great. No need to spend a ton of money on a laminator this one is great so you get your money's worth. I have done art projects with my son using this laminator. For the holidays we have created snow globes, for example, using the laminator and I also use it to laminate important projects that I need for work. Great buy.

This guy is awesome! What makes it so great you ask? Auto Shut Off, incredibly fast heat up time (~1 minute), and so far.. as long as I give it heat up time, it seems to laminate great. If I had a complaint, I wish it would merge the plastic closer to the seams. But I've seen much more expensive laminators have the same issue.

The plasticizing effect was very good. I didn't rub the film open at first, and I couldn't get through it after a few times. Liked the fact that I now have a laminator for less than it would have cost to get 25 sheets done at Office Depot. The lamination pouches included with the product are not labeled as 3mm, which they should to be so you don't use the 5mm heat setting and completely melt the thinner 3mm pouch.

I start to work from home recently, and use this laminator for many of laminating. It heats up fast and very easy to use. For this price range, it is a good choice for me. Quality is good and nothing to complain.

*LAST last update* We got a new one to try and this new one works perfectly! We clearly had something going on with the other one. But now, having a new product, we are pleased! *last update* It messed up again. It's garbage. I'm returning it. *Update* Once we fixed the jam, we tried again with different laminating sheets that I purchased separately. We did several test sheets with the better laminating sheets and had success each time. I do not recommend using the sheets that are included in the box! *Original review ??* Not a good first impression. Just got it set up and laminated one sheet. I wasn't that impressed with the first one as it looked a bit wrinkled. I set up another page to do and it didn't come out!! It started making weird noises and I realized it was jamming. I shut it off immediately and tried the instructions for unjamming. That didn't work. Now we are having to completely take the machine apart to fix it. So far I do not recommend.

I had lots of documents to be laminated. During this pandemic I do not have easy access to laminator job. So I thought of buying a laminator under $50. This will serve my purpose and it will be less expensive too. I am happy that I bought it.

I wanted to let people see that the paper cutter works well, at least right out of the box. It didn't appear to me that it worked at first, but then I realized that you must lock the chosen blade in place before using. I really like this feature and think I'll enjoy using it. It will cut straight, curvy, or it will even perforate, which is pretty impressive to me and feels a bit fancy. My paper laminated well also. I did get a good discount, but definitely feel it's worth the price I paid and probably more! I also really like the rounded corner tool. So cool and handy!

My old laminator broke so I got a new one. I usually laminate my own menus since it��s so expensive to do it at a store. I really like that this one has a cutter included so I don��t have to cut crooked lines with my scissors. I haven��t experience any jamming which is great compared to my old one.

This product came in just when I needed it . The product came with laminating sheets too which came in handy . I did a practice run with it . It has 3 options 5mil,3mil and cold. I love the paper cutter feature and with an extra cutter they have 2 different cuts if you don��t want a straight edge . That��s a bonus . It takes about a min to warm up but it laminate what is needed . I would definitely recommend this product .

I have only used this machine a little bit to check to see if it works. It works great. I especially like the tray feed. It takes just a few minutes to come up to temperature. It is very quiet. I will review more after I have used it more, but so far, I am very pleased with it.

Recommend this machine, I often like to vacuum some dried fish, dried shrimp, the sealing is very good, the vacuum is very tight, very simple operation, very satisfactory after using it for a while. A machine worth starting!

I've never owned a laminator but I wanted one, so I picked this one. It's super easy to use, has hot and cold setting, doesn't take a ton of space, and laminates very well. I didn't want to spend a lot not knowing if this would just collect dust like so many things in my office, but for under $60, I felt it was well worth the price. I recently bought a color printer, and then picked out some of the previous photos to print out for memory, but the printed photos will fade regardless of long-term contact with the air, bought a laminating machine to plasticize those photos, opened the machine to test one, he did not have too much noise, the machine set up temperature indicator light, easy to view, easy to operate, I think it is a great product

I��m just falling in love with the sports memorabilia stuff and getting this laminator to seek all my certification letter/cards. It works really great! Best thing and it��s a reminder as well, read the instruction carefully. If you are trying to seal a ticket, use the cold lamination mode. Perfect machine for all purpose! I can laminate all my COA letter/cards and that makes me feeling safe:) there are enough of the cover coming together with the machine in different sizes, wonderful supply!

Have an extension cord handy. The laminator's cord is not super long, so you may need an extension cord.

I purchased this laminator as a replacement for one that was recalled. My previous one was easy to use and manage and had a quick heat-up time. I was hoping this would be an adequate replacement. I've been surprised to find that not only is an adequate replacement, but it's much improved over my last laminator. It is quick to heat up and easy to line up straight. There's no issues with the sheets being feed through and it has the built in cutting tool that is fabulous! I love the new laminator and frankly, can't believe I got by so long without it.

The paper cutter is worthless but the machine works very well. I do wish that you did not have to physically remove the sheet from the laminator after it passes through to avoid burning the sheet.

Love this so much! As a teacher, I often need to laminate small items for class. I had another laminator and when you put it paper in, it had an angled slope. That was always a potential disaster and I finally ran across this as the solution for things sliding around before laminated. Thrilled with the fact that things go through flat. This seems to be a well designed, well thought out and practical laminator. I only use the heat mode lamination process and it does an outstanding job! Being able to read the temperature as it reaches "peek" lamination capabilities is also a plus. I would recommend this unit!

I am so happy with this! I feel like a little kid. I had bought a tutorial manual for my Cricut machine and I wanted to laminate it so I started looking for a laminator. It comes with I think maybe 25 of the laminator sheets. The machine is so easy to use! I plugged it in, put the paper inside the plastic and fed it through the back. It also has a cutter has that has three different styles of cutting one straight one wavy. I am not sure what the other one is I have not tried it yet. The laminated document is so sturdy now and this is exactly what I wanted. I am going to purchase more of the laminating sheets to finish it up The manual. 5 stars!!

I am a teacher and want to reuse my items from year to year. The laminator at work is often not available or our of supplies. It takes 20 minutes to warm up and smells horrible. In the meantime, anything I make at home and transport gets wrinkled before I can laminate it. This solves all of those problems. This only takes 2 minutes to warm up and doesn't smell at all. It is so quiet that I have no issue using it when the kids are sleeping. It comes with 20 pouches and it is easy and cheap to buy more. I haven't had any issues with it jamming or melting things. There are three settings too which are easy to use. This is a great time saver. I wish I had gotten one sooner.

I would say the laminator is amazing!I have a lot of family pics need to be laminated .Honestly I prefer to feel it and touch the pics whenever I want to instead of scanning pics to save it in a computer ,its like someone would like to read by electrical devices ,the others would prefer to read by books !

I really like that this laminator isn't huge. I had an older one that just died and it was just way too big. This is nice and lightweight, too. Plus they included some laminator sheets, which is very nice since I can always use more of those. I like how big the badge sized sheets are, too.

I've been using this laminating machine for almost anything that I've been doing, especially when it comes to my kids artwork. However, I recently started making my own flash cards for the younger ones. The paper I've been using to print on has been a higher quality of white so the colors stand out more. I just insert the laminating sheet with the paper inside, already cut and slide it through the machine. No matter what I've laminated, they have been coming out with nothing wrong with them. Just perfectly laminated pictures and cards. Really easy to cut and punch a hole through. We've made a variety of flash cards, even ones so they can learn their address, phone numbers and even different family members. I have yet to see any bubbles, burning or anything issues with this machine. Really easy to use and it stores away easily.

I've been using this laminating machine for almost anything that I've been doing, especially when it comes to my kids artwork. However, I recently started making my own flash cards for the younger ones. The paper I've been using to print on has been a higher quality of white so the colors stand out more. I just insert the laminating sheet with the paper inside, already cut and slide it through the machine. No matter what I've laminated, they have been coming out with nothing wrong with them. I used this for many things ranging from my daughters school picture , her school practice sheets , even the handout from my Aunts funeral. It took a few times to not mess the laminating up a bit but it worked wonders on my special memories .

This laminator heats up really fast and is easy to use. It comes with laminator sleeves in two sizes. You have the option of cutting the finished product on the top; there is a set in ruler on top so that you cut in a straight line. Super great bargain for a great machine!

Love this machine it is so lightweight I can take it to work and bring home with ease. Very easy to set up and extremely simple to use. Sheet slide in and out without issues. I have been laminating everything. Mostly pictures to keep them from changing colors.

Wanted to laminate all my son��s awards to save for him when he grows up. This laminator did the trick, came with paper included. I stuck the award in the middle, turned the setting on to 3m and place it on the top. Within 10 seconds, it was done. Super easy and now I will have his awards for years to come. It was a little warm when it came out, but that was expected.

I have always wanted a laminator but never knew where to start. I am so HAPPY I started with this one. It has where you can laminate with cold for pictures or something that would be ruined with the heat and then it has a heat function. There are 2 temperatures and the directions are clear as to which to use for what. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that it has 3 cutting functions. A straight cut, wavy one and then one that is perforated so you can tear them apart if needed. It also has a paper guide that helps keep the items straight as they feed through. If you are new to laminating I would start here. It has everything you need in one machine vs multiple.

This thing is so cool! I��ve never had a laminator before. I was so used to going to kinkos (back in the day) and staples to do all my laminating needs. I wanted to laminate all my old certificates to store them for memories. I did some practice runs first because I had no idea how to use it and didn��t want to ruin any. Turns out, it was actually really easy to use. Literally, just put the document between the clear sheets, insert it into the laminator slot, then watch it laminate! It��s cool because it also comes with an edge rounder and a paper cutter.
